Summer Classes

Class placement is based on ability, age, grade, other activities and their desire to learn. If a child is not being challenged, he/she will be moved into a more appropriate class to suit his/her abilities.
Gymnastics Class -Consist of floor, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, trampoline, resi- pits, foam pits, and many other activities. 60 minute CLASS. Ages 6-18

Tumbling Class -Concentrating on floor tumbling, pits, and trampoline. Tumbling class is for ages 10-18. 60 minute CLASS.

Boys Class - Consist of basic motor –muscular development in strength, flexibility and coordination. Floor, vault, pommel horse, bars, trampoline, resi- pits & foam pits. Ages 6-18.

Pre-School Class -1 day per week this program is FUN. Designed for 3, 4 and 5 year old pre school students to develop a high level of gross motor skills concentrating on floor tumbling, incline mats, bars, balance beams, pits, and trampoline. This program will enhance listening skills and help them follow directions in our safe and FUN environment. 60 minute class
 Students may join anytime during the summer months.

Summer Class Form

Adult Gymnastics Class: This class begins with a stretching and a warm-up period. Staying limber can offset age related stiffness and optimizes functional movement in daily life. We teach you at your own pace. 60 minute class. Ages 19 and above.

Strength & Flexibility- This class is designed for cheerleaders and gymnasts. Improve athletic performance and optimize functional movement in all sports activity. Research shows that flexibility training can develop and maintain range of motion and may help prevent and treat injury. 60 minute class. Ages 8-18.
